La recepción del hotel permanece abierta las 24 horas. Para cualquier duda o información que necesite, por favor marque el 9 desde el teléfono de su habitación para hablar con recepción.
En recepción le ofrecerán los siguientes servicios:
- Caja de Seguridad: Puede solicitar la llave en recepción bajo un depósito de 10 € que le será devuelto de día de salida al entregar la llave junto con el correspondiente recibo de depósito.
- Servicio de Toallas:Puede solicitar toallas para la piscina bajo un depósito de 5 €/Ud. que le será devuelto el día de salida al entregar la toalla junto con el correspondiente recibo de depósito. Si lo desea, puede cambiar las
toallas en recepción.
- Por favor no utilizar las toallas de las habitaciones en la piscina o playa.
- Rogamos que usen los tendederos/cuerdas que hay en el interior de los balcones y terrazas para tender toallas y ropas mojadas, evitando que caigan a otros balcones ò jardines y molestar a lo demás clientes.
- Averías: Confiamos en que su habitación sea de su entera satisfacción. Si a lo largo de su estancia se produce alguna avería, contacte con la recepción que se encargará de enviarle un técnico a la mayor brevedad.
- Parking Privado: El hotel dispone de un parking subterráneo. Solicite el precio del servicio en recepción.
- Servicio de lavandería: En el armario de su habitación puede encontrar bolsas de plástico para depositar su ropa así como la lista de precios. Por favor deposite la bolsa en un lugar visible o en la recepción. El plazo de devolución es de 48 horas. En recepción disponemos de una plancha si usted necesita utilizarla.

- Cena 23 € por persona y día (bebidas no incluidas)
Se ruega a nuestros huéspedes no acceder al restaurante vestido con ropa de baño.
Nuestra Cafetería permanecerá abierta de 9 de la mañana a 12 de la noche.
The hotel reception is open 24 hours. If you have any questions or require information, please dial number 9 from the telephone in your room to talk to reception.
At reception we provide the following services:
- Safe:Please request the key at reception. A 10 € deposit in cash is required for the key which we will return to you upon check-out, once you hand the key and the corresponding receipt of the deposit back to us at reception.
- Pool towels: It is not permitted to take the white towels from the rooms outside. You are welcome to use our pool towels, which are available at reception. We will ask you for a 5 € deposit in cash per towel which we will return to you once you return the towel together with the corresponding receipt at reception. If you wish, you may change your towels for fresh ones at reception at any time.
- Please do not use the towels from the room for the pool or beach.
- We request you to use the drying rack/lines of the interior of the balcony or terrace to hang wet clothes to avoid them for falling on to other balconies or gardens and disturb other guests.
- Maintenance: We do everything possible to make sure your room is well equipped to meet our standards of comfort and satisfaction. If in the course of your stay any issues come up, please report them to reception so we can send a technician as soon as possible.
- Private Parking: The hotel has underground parking. Please ask at reception for the service price.
- Laundry Service: Inside your wardrobe wou will find a plastic baf in which to put your laundry. Next to this you will aso find a price list. Please leave the bag in s visible place or at reception. we will return your laundry in a maximum period of 48 hours. We have an iron & ironing board available at reception should you require one.

- Dinner €23 per person a day (drinks not included)
We request our guests to not enter in bathing clothes in the restaurant.
Our bar is open from 9 in the morning until midnight. In the bar we have a snack and meal menu at your disposal between 13.00-15.00 hours.
